Home Buyer’s Club is one of the most popular programs offered by Mission of Peace National Corporation. It is open to anyone planning to buy a home, in the process of buying a home, as well as renters who want to learn about, finance, credit, budgets, savings and legal issues pertaining to housing and lending.

The sessions are a constant blend of formal and informal learning. There are seminars and presentations from a variety of industry professionals involved in the many facets of real estate and financial services, including real estate agents, lenders, bankers, appraisers, insurance agents, property inspectors and credit counselors.

At the Home Buyer’s Club, you’ll learn to read and interpret financial documents, understand the legal obligations of home ownership and rentals, as well as get hands-on practical knowledge about home ownership, costs of repairs, how to select a contractor, and even the basics of home repair.

These informal classes typically allow time for free discussion, so you can ask questions, share advice, and support each other through the purchase process. READ MORE
