Mission of Peace National Corporation provides a variety of services to renters, ranging from financial literacy to emergency assistance referrals, and even nutrition and lifestyle counseling. MOPNC programs available for renters include:

The Renters Counseling Program, which helps families and individuals maintain safe, affordable, permanent and reliable rental housing.

The Michigan State Emergency Relief (SER) Program. MOPNC’s knowledgeable staff assists renters in arranging utility and energy payments.

The Home Buyer’s Club, a twice monthly meeting for renters interested in future home ownership, or even simply obtaining a strong financial education.

The Budget and Credit Counseling Program, conducted one-on-one with highly-trained counselors, working together with renters to discuss solutions, set goals and increase renters understanding of their personal finances.

• Life is about more than finances, and to that end, MOPNC offers the LifeSkills Assistance Program, geared toward helping renters with life skills, nutrition, eating well on a budget, chronic disease prevention and others.
